Trestucker Award 2026

The Trestucker Award is an art competition open to students in healthcare, legal, or engineering-adjacent education programs in the United States in the 2025-2026 school year.

Timeline
Submissions open: January 1, 2026
Submission deadline: March 31, 2026
Winner announcement: May 31, 2026

Prize
$500, fully endowed and distributed via Venmo or electronic transfer.

Selection Criteria
The Board evaluates submissions based on technical excellence, conceptual depth, unexpected perspectives, and the intersection of professional discipline with creative vision. All decisions are final.

Accepted Forms
The Board considers all forms of creative expression: paintings, sculptures, photographs, musical compositions, short stories, poetry, films, performances (submitted as video), digital art, and other media. If your work exists in physical form, submit high-quality photographs or scans. For time-based media, include links to files or streaming platforms.

How to Submit
Email award@trestucker.com with:
• Your full name
• Phone number
• University email address (to verify enrollment)
• Current program and institution
• Brief biography (100-200 words)
• Description of your piece (50-300 words)
• Your work itself or documentation of your work (images, files, or links)
• Any additional information needed to assess your piece

Rights
Artists retain all rights to their work. Trestucker requests only permission to display the winner's name, institution, and work title.
